Booked on the 1.5hrs tour and tasting. It was amazing, really informative, our tour guide was lovely. Considering it was only PS30pp (there are different tours at different prices) it is definitely worth the PS30. My husband was driving and they bottle his samples so he could try them at his leisure Make sure you book well in advance as the afternoon tours fill up quickly.

Had a great experience taking the tour on a rainy afternoon. It was amazing to learn how this beloved single malt whisky is made. Our tour guide was filling in from Balvenie next door but was very knowledgeable nevertheless. Gave us some amazing insights. The tasting at the end was delightful. Must-do for all whisky lovers.

We had a great tour with Charlie. Her knowledge and stories were interesting and answered all questions. My husband enjoyed the whiskey tasting at the end. As driving I was given my drams to take home, nice touch. We didn't eat but the food was nicely presented and smelt delicious

Highly highly recommend! We had Mary for our tour and she was fantastic. Incredibly kind and patient as well as clearly passionate about her job and working with visitors. I can't imagine a better, more visitor-centered tour experience.

My wife and I came to Scotland this past Spring to take our own Scotch tour and had the pleasure of tasting scotch at 12 distilleries all throughout the Highlands and Speyside. Glenfiddich was the most complete experience and #1 on the list for when we return with a larger group next summer. The food, service, tour, gift shop and staff were incredible. We didn't think we would get a tour since they weren't accepting reservations online, but we went past to do our own tasting in the lounge and visit the gift shop. While we were in the middle of our own tasting from their long list of selections, we were informed that walk-up tours were happening! We ended up getting booked for one within the hour and it was super fun. At one point on the tour, we watched a dozen barrels of scotch get emptied and it was hard not to imagine a Willy Wonka moment. Pauly and Louise (and the super tall young man) were incredible! They really made the experience for us, and I hope they are available when we return. The staff in the gift shop were fantastic and we ended up buying a 15yr cask strength bottle that is now the pride of our broad Scotch collection, complete with my name on the bottle and logged into the book at the distillery. Highly recommend a visit, even if you can't book a tour.

A tour before tasting is highly recommended, even if it wasn't our first distillery we still learnt a lot about the place and the owners, seeing warehouse was amazing and very interesting. Thank you Louise for guiding us and answering all our questions! There is a bar as well where you could try more and a shop to stock up!
