Description

Located on the edge of this beautiful spa town, our high ropes experience at Buxton is one of Go Ape's highest. We're nestled in the heart of the Peak District - adjacent to Poole's Cavern [which is also well worth a visit]. Built on the hilltops, our Derbyshire location offers breath-taking views. It also features multiple tree-to-tree ziplines. An enjoyable day out for friends and older families alike, enjoy 2-3 hours of non-stop action-packed fun. Scramble up rope ladders, tackle tree top obstacles and take on one of the UK's biggest Tarzan Swings.

A good out door activity for almost all ages. A really nice experience. Look for weather before you book. Easily available parking 2PS for 4 hrs and 3PS for whole day. There is free roadside parking as well outside the carpark, in case you don't find it inside. They will give you little bit of training in start and look after you very well. However, considering the amount, i think gloves should be part of kit rather than buying separately. Although, there isn't much like a must use of gloves, you can do without that even. There are only two tarzan swings, one in start and one in last, I think much have some more.

Great service. I accidentally booked the wrong day. Called and they rescheduled for me. Would have not known had they not left me a voicemail which was very appreciated. Great day out. The instructors were very polite and informative. Some parts have options which was great incase you were not up to doing the harder parts I will definitely come again.

An incredible experience! I took a visit with my friend, Calvin and Daisy (who's also an instructor) for a day out and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who's after something different to experience! Our lovely instructor Rose took us around and gave us the full safety brief to ensure we all knew what to do. The staff were warm and welcoming and I can't wait to visit again!

I've been to this Go Ape numerous times over the past 7 years (13yo - 20yo!!) and not once have I been left disappointed. All staff are so so friendly and welcoming, whilst making sure everyone is confident and safe whilst on the course. The safety briefing is always enthusiastic with clear instructions on how to stay safe. It's so much fun for everyone; I love it just as much now as I did as a 13 year old. If you have the opportunity to visit Go Ape Buxton - do.

We visited go ape Buxton recently as a party of 3. George was our instructor and made us feel at ease. He was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining how the equipment works and made sure we knew to 'always stay attached'. He was fun and friendly with all of us and kept checking we were comfortable with the different sites. We really enjoyed our experience and would recommend go ape Buxton to our friends.

Absolutely amazing. Expect to be there at least 3 hours. It is challenging and tests you mentally and physically. We loved it and are booking to do the Go-ape in Sherwood in October. We'll worth the money.
