Me and my cousin had a brilliant time until she couldn't face her fears anymore and we had a queue of around 10 people waiting for her , the staff were incredibly patient and supportive, ensuring she felt safe and comfortable, in the end she decided to go down another route, the staff members assisted her every step of the way until she was safely on the ground. I couldn't be more happier by the service delivered from all members of staff, from the warm welcome at the start, to the constant words of motivation on the ground and then going above and beyond for her safety and confidence. My adventure was cut short but I will be back to finish the 3rd course! Thank you everyone!!!

What a great fun day. We did the treetop challenge and it really was a challenge!! We were adults and kids from 46-11! We all loved it! 100% get the gloves, there's a lot of pulling and clinging on for dear life. Zip lines were brilliant and if you fell you well well protected. My daughter lost her shoes up in the trees and staff member Siya came to us through the course to get it back to her. He was so friendly a real credit to them. If you're thinking about it, go!

Treetop challenge wasn't lying when it said challenge! Sadly we picked the raniest coldest day possible in April, so the weather impacted our enjoyment somewhat. Staff were friendly and helpful, there were lots of them too so felt safe at all times. The course was varied and challenging, at times I felt almost too scared to continue but managed to get through it! I would suggest that the signing could be better, we did part 1 and didn't then know what to do or where to go, after part 2 we thought we'd completed everything and then got told there was a 3rd part ! We had to stop after part 2 because we were so cold sadly, Overall a great experience

Me and the kids had an amazing day out! All the staff were lovely and so welcoming. My teenage girl was a little scared at one point and the staff were supportive and so so so kind to her! I would recommend buying the gloves. Overall, a wonderful family day out, we will be back!

This was great fun for my autistic son. The staff were great, patient and explained everything clearly. My son had a great time and was tired out after the hour. What's great is you can watch from everywhere.
