Based in the estate grounds of a 500-year-old country mansion and farm, four miles from the centre of Leeds. Go Ape at Temple Newsam hosts three of our high ropes experiences and is one of the best-loved family attractions around. If you're looking for things to do in the area our West Yorkshire adventure can cater for all. From ziplines and tricky crossings to Tarzan Swings and The Plummet - an 11 metre leap of faith. Each of our tree top experiences offer variety and choice. For those aged 4 to 104. Make a day out of it. After Go Ape there's plenty to see and do with over 1,500 acres of scenic parkland to explore.
Came here for a hen do. We definitely had lots of fun, even though it wasn't everyone's cup of tea! It was challenging in parts but still fun. The zip lines were great and all the staff there were very friendly. We got stuck in traffic in the way there so we were very slightly late, but that was not a problem at all. Everyone had a great day and have created some great funny memories with friends.
Absolutely amazing. Staff were fantastic. Good selection of courses for all ages. Interesting park land and house nearby. Great ropes course
We had such a great time here! My son is nearly 5 and completed the treetop adventure course! The instructors were all so nice and reassuring as he was a little scared at the start! Highly recommend! Definitely be going again!
Had a teams day out here with work was a great time just wanted to make this review to thank Spencer he was a right laugh and also we were absolute pains but he did not moan at us once was there to help us through and he was so funny thank you go ape& Spencer
Easy to find with the postcode and directions given. Plenty of parking. Staff are excellent, very helpful and brief properly to ensure safety. Lots of fun and adrenaline filled tree adventures for our kids. Good value for money. The only thing was the number of rats running around the area!! Yes, quite a few to the point we even heard kids counting them and shouting what they'd seen while doing the activities!! A little bit of pest control needed
Amazing experience for our 4 year old and myself. At his age were allowed to do the first 3 paths. He loved it. Some parts are a bit difficult at his age but as long as there is an adult behind all will be ok. Shout out to the staff. Really great friendly people. We will come back again.
