Go Explore Camping Club is an organisation with special powers to offer landowners certified site status, across England, Wales & Scotland, meaning you could open a camping, glamping, caravanning or staycation facility without planning permission or a council licence! Go Explore Camping members can then come and stay at your location and a family membership to Go Explore Camping is just PS12 per year. (Free Until August 2023, no catches!)
