The Goodwood Festival of Speed was a fun and great event, lots of amazing cars to see and we also saw the Red Bull Formula 1 drivers, which was cool. Grounds are massive and they put a lot of effort into putting up benches + tables and plenty of toilets. Also, lots of toilets and the queue were never really long.
Beautiful wedding venue - Classic and timeless but then also relaxed and friendly. Staff are really helpful and you can tell how much they care about the property and its surroundings. Would definitely recommend as a venue to get married at.
Although we didn't go inside the Goodwood House, we saw it up close and it looked gorgeous... We were there for the annual Festival of Speed. I mean, it's GOODWOOD ! It's that time of the year where even adults feel like children ! The excitement in the air, the adrenaline rushing through your veins, the marshals asking you to step aside while million pound cars just casually drive past you, the future in front of you, vintage cars with a rich legacy on display and looking at bikes that make your inner voice scream like vocal to a deafening decibel ! You see bikes and cars that've actually won nail biting, sitting at the edge of your seat kind of legendary races that we've watched on TV or have been lucky enough to watch live when we were growing up.. you can touch history ! You look at that bike and say, I remember that death wobble and how this rider saved it or that spin out and how that driver saved it. You're literally stood next to something that was being driven or ridden by LEGENDS !!! How fortunate are some of us to be standing, touching, reliving the excitement of these races ! You see these lethal machines working, maintained and still roaring with all their might and glory. It sends chills down my spine every time I hear an engine screaming and watch a car or bike zoom past. Bonus points, you get to see / meet icons like Verstappen or Mr. Koenigsegg or Alonso or Riccardo or Max Chilton and so many more ! You can tell my excitement is REAL and it NEVER fades.. I could NEVER get bored of coming here ! It's like coming home, you look forward to it ! It's your comfort zone. It's where you feel most at peace ! This year, Rolls Royce gave us the opportunity to enjoy another year of true passion and emotion ! The ride to and from the venue was so amazing. At the venue, we got to see and feel the new Cullinan and it was an absolute BEAUTY. If you want classic perfection, that's your next buy. What a car !!!! We were left speechless ! Absolutely brilliant, so much to see it's untrue .you need two days at least to appreciate the event . And the noise from the paddock from the F1 cars was insane and something I'll never forget. Already booked for next year .
2nd time coming to GoodWood FOS, and again an amazing day! Would highly recommend to all who would like a day out with all types of cars, motorbikes and f1 cars, racing, drifting and off roading. Food is a bit expensive, but you expect it at somewhere like this. Overall a great racing experience! #goodwood #FOS
