This scenic waterfront walkway in Glasgow, Scotland, offers stunning views of the River Clyde and the city skyline. The promenade is lined with beautifully landscaped gardens, public art installations, and historic landmarks like the Glasgow Science Centre and the Riverside Museum. Visitors can take a leisurely stroll, stop at one of the many cafes or restaurants, or attend one of the frequent events and festivals held here.
My favourite relaxing place has good shops and excellent open spaces to enjoy the seafront view.
I love this place. It's beautiful, and a great place to see the sunrise. The only thing that lets it down are the people who leave their rubbish all over the place, and others who tend to sit around drinking alcohol at all times of day:-(
Lovely place , we took a walk along there with the kids , it's very peaceful and nice seeing the boats and there was rowing boats out so that was cool to watch.
The place is too unwind, relax and its very friendly. A dog or a cat lover is a perfect place. It's always clean and a safe environment
Lovely place to sit and relax by the water or fun with the kids. Cafe open for drinks ice cream and food, no sitting down inside due to covid restrictions but plenty of benches around.
You might manage to grab free parking along the promenade, if not then they have a pretty big paid car park, on site there are two playground areas, small lake, cafe and toilets when they are not vandalized, also a work out area, basketball court and let's not forget the fort and the various guns and cannons. A few areas to have a picnic and a small beach nowadays due to the mud. Often cargo or cruise ships to look at moored up in Tilbury.
