A pleasant little walk along the stream, through the woods into the old quarry. People do climb here but the stone is very soft so do take care. There is also an exit/entry via the school playground (Sandy Lane) but this is only available when the school is closed.
Beautiful place...went to check it out as a possible climbing location but only good for climbing after very dry spells of weather as the sandstone is normally very wet and soft.
