A tranquil oasis in the heart of London, Green Park offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. This 19-hectare royal park is characterized by its lush greenery, mature trees, and vibrant flower beds, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation and recreation. Visitors can stroll along the park's winding paths, enjoy a picnic on the grass, or simply sit and people-watch. The park is also home to several memorials and statues, including the Diana Memorial Walk and the Canada Memorial.
The park really is tired now. The green is nicely kept but i took my 3 yr old here and with other grown grass and the state of the climbing frames and slides put us off it.
Great little circuit for a quick walk. Also including a selection of outdoor gym style climbing and balancing equipment and a separate kids play area.
Just needed somewhere to eat our lunch and this was a great place to stop and have a short walk around the park. Clean and tidy
We enjoyed the playground area
A great little free park. Plenty of greenery if you have a dog and a kids play area with quite a few activities - swings, slides, obstacle courses etc. My daughter (7) really enjoyed it . Also has some park-gym equipment as well if you fancy a free workout. Great stuff!
There is plenty of space to roam around in. The children's play area is adequate and appears to be well maintained. I would also recommend going to see the rose garden, my only complaint with this is that access can be a little tricky if you have a pushchair/wheelchair, as the path leading to the garden is narrow.
