We've just got back from a very relaxing and lovely stay at this spa. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Not overcrowded so could use everything whenever we wanted. Staff are very friendly. Beautiful grounds. We had a standard room but pleasantly surprised how big it was. The dinner was just delicious, beyond our expectations. Will be coming back, for sure!
My granddaughter was married at the hotel.The place is amazing, the housekeeping is very thorough,the rooms are very spacious. All the staff are cheery helpful and very professional. The wedding planner was amazing the whole day went without a hitch. The food was lovely , the chef had surpassed our expectations.All in all the weekend was one of our most enjoyable.|Well done to all at greenwoods!
Our Daughter got Married 25th August 2024, we arrived on the 24th, Soa facilities are top notch, all the staff from house keeping up to the bar staff, waitress. Management have been outstanding, Breakfast top draw, as for the wedding again outstanding. The grounds are kept amazing. Just returned from a fantastic overnight stay with my daughter to celebrate my 83 birthday . Our room was beautiful , I had facial from beginning to end so completely relaxing. The pool area was great. The 3 course dinner was delicious also breakfast the next morning. Would I return most definitely yes. Thank you for a brilliant stay
Service, grounds, location and food were all great. Massage spa treatment was very good. But regarding the spa area, I found there wasn't much guidance on what to do and where to go. There is no clear direction and a bit of a maze for people who've never been there. The locker room was in need of a revamp. Pool, sauna, steam room, and sun terrace were all great.
We were warmly welcomed at Greenwood's for our much needed Spa Day. Changed into our robes, then keen to get the most out of our visit we headed straight to the pool area which I have to say was stunning! We enjoyed a leisurely swim and relaxed for most of the morning before heading upstairs for lunch. Staff were attentive, varied menu all prepared freshly and very tasty. Enjoyed a coffee in the bar area afterwards. All areas exceptionally clean and inviting. In the afternoon we each had a massage and pedicure. The treatments where divine! We both agreed we'd had a really relaxing day and we plan to return soon! Highly recommend!
