Went along on Easter Sunday. They use the words " Easter extravagance. " Wow Extravagance was not a word I'd use. 3 Adults One elder, she will hate me for that. And a child. PS38, what a rip off. If it had not been fur wanting to enjoy our Easter break I would have asked for a refund. What was the charge for. Not even an Easter treat for tge 3 year old. And please don't say I should have asked. Fur PS38 I expect. You failed. Who ever is in charge should look long and hard at themselves. Be honest. Do you think there is any value?
At the beginning of August 2024 my son and his fiance got married at Hagley Hall and had the most amazing day! From the very first viewing we were blown away by the beautiful venue and from start to finish Charlotte was incredibly professional and accommodating and happy to answer any questions we had. Nothing was too much trouble. On the run up to the wedding we also met with Richard and Sue the housekeeper who were both very friendly and extremely helpful and made some great suggestions for the wedding day set up. On the day of the wedding Charlotte and the team at Hagley Hall worked amazingly together to make the special day a huge success. All the guests were in awe of the stunning venue and we feel privileged to have been able to have the event in such a beautiful location.
Throughout my visit, I encountered various wildlife. Squirrels scurried playfully, birds flitted from branch to branch, and I even caught a glimpse of a deer gracefully bounding through the undergrowth. It was a gentle reminder of the delicate balance of life within this pristine ecosystem.
Beautiful historic house with amazing plaster-work, artefacts, gorgeous views, incredible rooms and dedicated staff. We were very well looked after while waiting for the tour to start, the guide, Jan, was very knowledgeable and entertaining and we had tea and sandwiches served with a smile by Janet and Wendy. Well worth a visit. But only open early in the year so check before you go.
Lovely to visit a place that has been on my doorstep for years. We had an informative and very interesting tour followed by a light sandwich lunch perfect scones and as much tea and coffee as we could drink. I never fully realised the historical significance of the building or the family. Lots or artifacts, art and architecture to appreciate. Staff and volunteers couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend!
Hagley Hall was the perfect venue to host our reception following our son's Christening at St John's Church. We had a small guest list of around 30 and hired the Westcote Lounge which overlooked the Church and cricket field. All the staff on the day were very helpful and attentive to everyones needs. The buffet food was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Hagley Hall is a fantastic venue for hosting such an event and I would highly recommend it. The service was top drawer. A big thank you to Charlotte, Richard and the team on the day.
