Picturesque hill offering picnic spots, hiking/mountain biking trails & a WWI & WWII memorial.
We did an organised den building activity. The kids (even 14 year olds) enjoyed it. Great involvement from rangers. Nice coffee in the pub after completed a good morning. More time next time to explore the park.
Lovely hill fort lots of paths to get lost on .plenty of parking. Great views of Somerset and dorset
Love the view! Peaceful and relaxing. Lots of trails to hike and explore.
Beautiful seen eke area that you can see for miles from no matter the weather. Plenty of different walks depending on your ability or pleasure. Nice place to spend time with kids have a play. Or just a picnic. There is no public toilets so definitely recommend go before. As there is a nice pub, but it dose get busy so not a place to pop to the toilet. Plenty of car parking ,areas that you can walk your dog. Not very disabled friendly, but I have a rolatar zima frame and manage as long as I keep to the main stoney paths. Because it is worth the walk.
