Brought carrots for the donkeys but they weren't here.. Wonder if they've been transferred?
Very cute donkeys but definitely recommend to bring LOTS of carrots ( they love carrots),
Go feed these cute donkeys carrots. Been meaning to go for years and only just got round to it - parked at Swanwick Shore, and went for a big glass of wine at Banana Wharf on way back. I had 4 carrots and there were five donkeys. Broke them in half but the fifth donkey didn't come over. No wonder it's slimmer than the rest :D
Who doesn't love donkeys? A very friendly drove of donkeys that loved the carrots we took them. If you're going for a walk along the river Hamble why not stop to say hello, donkeys are always well worth a visit.
Possibly the best free attraction in Hampshire. About seven donkeys and several horses all craving your carrots. Nice shore line walk to go with it
Lovely to see that they are well looked after.
