Great fun! Staff were great, and the zip line itself a great experience. Highly recommend it if in the area. Go for the media package as the videos are good fun to watch back and well done. Parking was a bit confusing, but you park at the Eden Project itself and walk out to the Hangloose entrance. Would do it again!
My husband and son absolutely loved their morning at Hangloose Eden, so much fun for me watching them bond too! The staff were friendly and professional and it was very well run and safe. Will be back! Only thing we were unhappy about was not being able to buy them the T-shirts they wanted as they were out of stock and the lovely chap at the counter said he'd been trying and trying to get hold of more from the suppliers, I had a disappointed boy, these need to be made available to buy as merch from your website also so people can still get one as we don't live close to Cornwall to pop back!
Truly amazing time with the family this morning at Hangloose Eden. We're all still smiling and laughing about it 7 hours later. I have mobility issues, so was allowed to book an earlier slot (9am). The whole team made us feel so welcome. They explained everything they were going to do to winch me safely up the tower, avoiding the stairs. They were clearly well versed in dealing with disabled people and kept it fun the whole time. The photo and video package is definitely worth it, to keep the smiles coming again and again. I would wholeheartedly recommend this experience and the team at Hangloose Eden. I'm so glad I decided to ring and see if they could arrange for me to join in with my family. BRILLIANT

Great facility and lovely staff. The zip was enormously fun, more gentle than the sit down zip wires. The giant swing though was exhilarating/scary as! Well worth a visit to get your heart racing.
We visited to carry out a special 360 film of the Eden Project Zipwire. So we didn't experience any of the "rides", but the welcome and support we received was fantastic. Can't thank these guys enough, and the impact the video will have on the residents of the care homes and hospices we visit will be huge!
