This charming visitor centre is nestled within the beautiful Hardwick Park, a stunning English country estate in Oxfordshire. The centre offers an insight into the park's rich history and heritage, with interactive exhibits, displays, and a short film showcasing the estate's fascinating past. Visitors can explore the centre's gift shop, which sells a range of unique items, and enjoy a refreshing break in the on-site café, which serves delicious light meals and snacks. The centre is fully accessible, with wheelchair ramps and adapted facilities, ensuring a warm welcome to all.
A good centre with cafe, bird food, toilets and ice creams. Well laid out walks you could take a pram down plus others for kids and rambling.
Nice walk with my family and the dogs. Lovely scenes and plenty to do. The cafe is nice with plenty of options. Although it is quite expensive. 2 cups of tea PS4.90. Coffee PS3.10. I understand high prices for homemade cakes etc. Just think PS4.90 is steep for 2 tea bags and a dash of milk. Staff nice but only serve 1 person at a time so service can be slow.
Lovely cafe which says its dog friendly, we sat outside though. I didn't see any dogs Inside. I had a cheese scone, which was delicious. It was obviously freshly home made. The only negative was there were what I assumed dog water bowls outside but they were all empty.
Lovely place to calm the body and mind. The scenery is beautiful and super peaceful The cafe offers a variety of both vegan and vegetarian options so you won't feel left out
Great place for a family walk. Has parking PS2 for 2 hours or PS3 for all day has a gift shop, toilets and cafe near the car park with a great safe play park. Lots of interesting sculptures for little ones to interact with on the walk around the little river and lake. Plenty of place to sit and have a picnic. Will be going back for a longer time.
Fabulous park with plenty to see and do. There's even a dragon hiding in the woods. Feed the birds using the food available in the shop, 50p minimum contribution. Lovely little cafe with gorgeous cakes. There's Hardwick Hall itself where you could check in for afternoon tea or evening meal. Lots of events throughout the year. We visit the park regularly.
