This 15-acre park features a beautiful lake, walking trails, and a variety of wildlife, including swans, ducks, and fish. Visitors can enjoy a leisurely stroll, have a picnic, or take part in water sports like kayaking or paddleboarding. The park also has a children's play area, a skate park, and a cafe serving refreshments.
What a lovely park right on my door step.. well 15 minutes walk anyway, but we'll worth a visit. So tranquil.
A wonderful big park for all the family. Lots of paths to wander. Play area for the kids. A few bench's around the lake to rest. Beautiful flowers. There are designated areas where you can let your dog off lead as there is also a nature reserve. There's a large car park that closes at 9pm
Regular at this park with my dog. It has everything- circular paved walk (about a mile) around a well-maintained grass field, woodland walks, brook for cooling paws on a warm day, large duck pond... what more could you want?! Plenty of space for off-lead adventures!
Haslam Park is lovely, big and varied. There's a children's playground, tennis and basketball court, sensory garden, a bird lake, streams and a nature reserve. Take at least an hour's walk to fully appreciate.
Very nice place to visit on a nice sunny day
A great open space, that is well kept. Only one entrance/exit to the car park, so beware of exiting drivers, not letting you in, and being unable to leave. The entry avenue is narrow. Apart from that a place to relax, and escape for a while .
