Built in the early 1300s, this landmark manor offers a history museum, guided tours & archaeology.
I have never visited an old house like this and the history era and the fact that this manor has been there for very long history till present is interesting. Enjoyed it
What a delightful and picturesque open space. I love the lake and ducks who quack away, filling your heart with peace and a sense of the Creators presence. This is also a great space with a childrens park filled with many climbing frames, basket and standard swings, slides, an awesome zip line, and much more. There is a cafe to refresh yourselves and the lovely Headstone Manor that is used for formal occasions. Come and visit your won't be disappointed.
Lovely place and museum. If you are visiting London I wouldn't go all the way just to visit. But if you are already in the vicinity then by all means visit it! It shows a nice piece of history and how London is evolving as city. It is surrundend by a nice park with large kids play area. Most of the ground is used for cricket matches and runners which makes it lively but not noisy. On occasion the barn next to the museum is used for cerimony. Having a large car park this does not become a problem anyway.
Came here for a wedding in the big barn... It is a fantastic venue for weddings and any event really. Large hall, good toilet facilities and catering. Parking on sight which is free. What more can you ask for!
Great location. Limited parking so plan ahead. (There is another carpark the other side of the tennis courts)
We had a marriage reception at Headstone Manor barn. Great venue. Appreciated by all our guests.
