Charlotte (8) and Emilie (6) had a fantastic time at High Rise. This was their first visit and it certainly won't be their last. Great parking, lovely bright and colourful interior with a brilliant range of activities and a super cafe which had a great range of food which was reasonably priced. However the biggest asset to High-rise is their staff. They were brilliant with the girls especially Emilie who was reluctant to try things. Sam and Ellie had so much patience with her and sure enough after her initial wobble she was climbing about like a wee monkey and didn't want the session to end. They are currently planning to have their birthday party there.I would highly recommend a visit here.
Great for over 4s - the soft play isn't amazing for the younger ones (under 2) I'm afraid. Very small and not much in it. The area for 4+ is great though. The food is good too
1st time visit. Wonderful experience. Plenty of obstacles to climb. The layout of structure in a spherical shape not all on one side of the wall. Vibrant colours. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean building
We booked a last minute session for our son and 9 of his friends for his birthday, when we arrived I'm sure the staff were worried as 10, 8 year old boys would be pretty rowdy and they were initially however I can not fault the staff in this building at all!! From the girl on the desk who got us checked in quickly to the guy taking the safety talk the cafe staff and especially the staff in the climbing area who were all amazing with the boys calm, patient, encouraging and above all else fun!! All the boys had different abilities and wanted to go at different paces and this wasn't an issue, our food was brought out quickly the snack bags were there and slushies for the boys finishing their climb. No stress for the parents at all thank you so much I'd recommend High rise to anyone
