Hilperton Marsh Farm is a small industrial site supporting a variety of small to medium businesses. We also offer storage for short or long term tenants and have a number of moorings on the Kennet & Avon Canal that you can request to be added to the wait list.
Small caravan park with just 5 pitches. Good access from a good B road. The site is located at far side of the commercial units. With a pleasant outlook over fields and the Kennet and Avon Canal. Level gravel pitches, with 9 amp Electric and Water tap and drainage. The 4 toilets and Shower are unisex. Located in one of the commercial units, they are a little basic but well looked after and clean. There's also a book and DVD exchange and a proper washing up sink. The owners are lovely and around and about daily whilst caring for their horses in the adjacent field. There's also a little cafe in the middle of the commercial units. Nice quiet location with walks along the canal to near by villages, pubs, and Bradford on Avon is only a 3.5 mile walk. Don't let the commercial units put you off, they weren't an issue at all. Nice quiet site for a stopover en route to and from the South West. Worth stopping 2 nights as there are things to do in the area (Lacock, canal to Bath). Owner really friendly and helpful. Toilet and shower facilities unusual but clean and plentiful.
