It's always a great place to go. I take my son regularly. There is a little 2p arcade, some nice restaurants, and places to get a brew and ice creams etc. It does get really busy if its hot but it's a perfect place all year round
Went there on my trip to U.K and went to walk around the lake with family and enjoyed it very much. Place has a lot of beautiful scenery and views to offer. Locals were friendly as well.
