Horsham Park is a haven of green space with a lake, trees, wildlife and colourful flowerbeds. Within the Park is Park House Garden, a tranquil landscaped sensory garden designed with the disabled and visually impaired in mind. For those wishing to be more active, there are tennis courts, a "Trim Trail " round the perimeter (1.9km / 1.2miles), a permanent Orienteering Course, a very popular bowls green, a table tennis table and a skate park. Horsham Park's delightful Human Nature Garden is a lovely educational garden illustrating the link between plants and people in their everyday lives. The Garden was created by Horsham in Bloom and funded by the Big Lottery.
Very nice park. Lots of nice open space for walks, jogs, picnics and sports, dog walks, etc. Very well maintained as well. Definitely coming back to Horsham Park
Really pretty park. Even nicer now the lake has been re done. Lots of wildlife to see. And a productive spring, baby cygnets, ducklings etc.
Horsham Park is a must visit. It's huge, immense, beautiful & everyone loves this place. I personally go jogging, cycling & and picking. I can spend hours in this park and never get bored.
Lovely green space for the kids to run around and be wild. The pond was really nice and educational for the kids. we also saw a family of swans, very refreshing. The park was quite busy however there was lots to do.
WOW. What an absolute find! My friend and I got off the train and headed towards town. Absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. Loved it so much we went back again within the week and had a picnic! The pond area is stunning. We are very jealous of people who have this on their doorstep!
Great green space with a great play area for little ones, enclosed pond, herb garden, impressive skate park, shaded areas, open areas for playing ball games or walking your dog. There is a pathway all around, which means it's also good for running or walking with your little ones. There are tennis courts, a small maze, a bandstand and on the edge a restaurant, a smoothie/snack bar and access to the Pavillions in the Park leisure centre which sells good coffee and snacks too. I've been coming here for years. Short walk into town, the train station and also the hospital. Great space.
