Wander along the many tarmac paths through mature trees and well managed grass areas. Step over the occasional mini rail line and take a seat on the multiple benches marking the routes. Play area with swings and fun things. Boating lake with pedalos. Stop at the large cafe that is always popular.
Great park lots of history child friendly had park area for kids at different age groups crazy golf course boating lake which is open at peak times and a mink train and cafe and public toilets has Alice and wonderland wooden statues a wildlife area lots of walking and has a small garden within it plenty of playing fields sitting down areas around the park.
