We are Downham's first escape room experience, currently with three newly opened rooms for you to escape from! Operated by Della & James, two long time escape enthusiasts, we are a small family business who provide real life escape experiences both on site and in mobile form.
My friend and I came for her first escape room and my second escape room. Joanne the host was absolutely amazing and made us feel very very welcome. Joanne took the time to get to know as and was able to tailor the experience based around the support we would need to complete the room within the hour based on our experience. I really liked that you can have the experience as challenging as you like, and I thought it was a nice touch that you were allowed the time that you needed to complete the room even if you went a little over the hour, this gives new and inexperienced players the confidence to complete an escape room without feeling disheartened. Staff are welcoming and very helpful games have loads of puzzles we played the vegas game yesterday and had so much fun we came back today to play the toy shop definitely recommend checking out

Great escape room! We did Great British Break Out as a couple and it took us the full time. Fun escape room with lots of small puzzles to work out to unlock padlocks and code break. Would definitely recommend. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
This was our first time in an escape room. We decided to book two, when in Vegas & great British break out. The lady who welcomed us was warm and friendly. Explained what would happen and in we went. The room decor was brilliant and the puzzles too. We had such a good time doing them, Break out was my favourite as lots of puzzles to do. Will definitely be back to do the other rooms. Thank you!
