A scenic public park in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, featuring beautiful gardens, walking trails, and a tranquil atmosphere. The park is home to a variety of flora and fauna, including a rose garden, a sensory garden, and a pond with a fountain. Visitors can enjoy picnics, relax on the grass, or take a leisurely stroll around the park.
Lovely little park for an afternoon stroll to pass an hour or two. Did not even know this place existed until today but it was a great little find. Space for a little kick around, maybe a picnic in the right weather with a river running right through it down to the po d at the bottom where there are some friendly ducks. Also has a small play park for the little ones to enjoy and if you have quite a bit of time, you take your swimming gear and go for a swim in the baths just at the side of the park which is situated in a lovely building dating back to the late 1800's.
I eventually made it - got there about 10.15, found a parking spot, and had a gentle wander around the park/arboretum. It is well maintained, and has a mixture of shrubs, magnificent trees, water features, and wildlife. There is a children's play area too.
This is a lovely park I highly recommend coming here for an afternoon out. The play area is small but perfect for small children. The park its self is beautiful, well kept and no litter. We met quit a few dog walkers who were all lovely. This park is definitely worth a visit we will certainly be coming back.
Beautiful park, with a beautiful pond and lots of ducks, a play area for children and great views. Walks here are so peaceful and relaxing!
Lovely clean park. Some beautiful trees and flowers. Lots of seating for those that need a rest. There is a small playground area for the kids. Also has a duck pond.
This is a lovely 'natural' park next to the swimming pool. There are plenty of paths to enable you to walk all the way around the park with gorgeous small waterfalls, pretty bridges. Great place to walk a dog (please pick up after them!) with a duck pond at the entrance. Super little oark
