The purpose and meaning of Ianto's Shrine remain unknown, adding to its mystique and allure.
Still going strong. I'm glad to have added my own bit of work on the shrine, and it's lovely to see what other people have said and created. Still miss you, Ianto Jones (and the Torchwood team!) also thanks to whoever left the zip ties!!
Beautiful memorial to Doctor who, Torchwood and what it means to the fans; so many heartfelt messages from people who've travelled around the world to leave a contribution, saying how the show changed their life or brought them through hard times. There's a bench right next to it, so we sat and had lunch there on a nice sunny day.
Great spot for Doctor Who & Torchwood fans. Super close to Mermaid Quay which is a great central area for dining options.
Worth a look if you're in the area and a fan of doctor who/ Torchwood. Wouldn't make a special trip here just for this, as it's definitely older now. But a fun spot for a fan! And mermaid quay nearby is beautiful for views and has plenty of spots to eat
For Doctor Who and Torchwood fans it's a must to visit this. Interesting to see, however. Located on Mermaid Quay, plenty to do and see in the area.
Nothing special if you are not fan of doctor who or Torchwood. But if you are I'd definitely go it's in the bay so you can always just go and see what it is like .
Wheelchair-accessible entrance
Good for kids
