Worst experience - so expensive, the game kept bugging out at times, the box has zero ventilation so we had to keep stepping out because its's so hot amongst other issues. We asked for water at the bar which took ages because the staff member went to fill the whole jug where you can self serve and used that time to also go on their phone. Just overall waste of a fair bit of money. I even reach out to contact them all i got we'll pass onto management and that was over a month ago.
The experience was really good though it being in a pub made it very uncomfortable. The transportation there is not great and Southside Shopping Centre should have better transport rather than just buses. It's decent but it's not worth it and your better off going to Southwark Gamebox since it has better transportation.
We came here today for my sons birthday we reserved the gamebox for 1pm we have never been here before but found it easily with great parking and signage, The whole place is amazing and has so much to do loved the way you top up cards instead of tokens and using bank cards made spending a lot more controlled all staff were polite and fun the atmosphere inside was great with soo many games for everyone golf go karts virtual reality game's computers list goes on lots of different age groups too we had such a great time well worth the drive from Heathrow :) also I accidentally paid for an adult ticket and they refunded straight away via email and answered questions promptly via email very good customer service highly recommended!

We arrived on time and the staff were very helpful and courteous. We were briefed and then taken to the gamebox. The game was more suited to children and I felt it was very expensive for what it was. At times we felt bored and sometimes the game did not quite function correctly. I would not recommend this. It could be ok for a children's party but even then the cost is very expensive. Better to do a Theme Park or escape room.
Myself and 3 of my friends did the Squid games immersive game box and it was amazing! The best experience at Gravity by far! So entertaining and interactive. Really inventive ways to make skilled and fun games that were similar to the ones in the show. We had so much fun! 2 slight negatives. 1, the room is quite a tight fit, there were 4 of us and we were in each others way, anymore is too much. 4 was just the right amount I think. And 2, they need some sort of air con! You have these visors on which is your remote essentially, but they get hot and you will be sweating! But it was still amazing, 10/10 experience and 100% would do it again and recommend!
