Lovely wee place for our toddler who would of stayed there if given the chance! She nearly screamed the place down when leaving . Friendly staff and good selection of treats and hot drinks..Definitely recommend, and hopefully we aren't barred because of her..lol
Arrived here with my toddler last week. As I stood waiting at the desk to see If this facility was open the girls seen me waiting and continued to ignore me and stood chatting amongst themselves. Extremely rude and unprofessional giving the fact I was standing 10/15 minutes with a toddler!! When I finally got there attention I asked could my son enter to be told no entry had to pre book a slot online. As I was leaving another family entered on arrival with zero issues. First time here and won't be back wouldn't recommend.

This place is very well decorated, with plenty of role play area for kids to enact whatever their imagination can explore. My little girl loved this place and was so very excited to be there. She never stopped playing and dressing up for fun with other kids. The coffee was very good. I am very particular with my coffee. It needs to be a strong brew with plenty of depth, most place like this i.e cheekychimps in Coleraine make super weak cloudy white disgusting coffee. This coffee however was spot on. The tray bakes were soft and moist therefore perfectly fresh. I had the lemon drizzle. There are plenty of good quality toys to treat your child to at the entrance as well. I highly recommend this place to any parent who wants to chill and enjoy while their little one is free to explore.

For independent children their mum's and dad's can sit keeping a watchful eye on their little ones whilst having a cup of coffee. So many things for them to do, soft play for very little ones and lots of different sections such as, dress-up corner, Shop, fire station, builders yard, picnic table and so many more. Definitely worth a visit
Went to Itsy Bitsy this morning for the first time and it was absolutely brilliant, 3 year old had the best time wondering through all of the areas and enjoyed every second, it was so chilled for parents and kids. Being able to relax with a coffee and still see the kids was super, means you can relax so much easier. Staff were all so so lovely too. Already excited to get back
