Small park Nice to spend some time Not too crowded
This is a small park serving the local community. It has some good play equipment and some larger grassy areas for ball games. In wet weather the grassy areas can become very muddy thanks to it's proximity to the small river running through it. Sometimes this park is used as a venue for community events.
Nice little area for picnics etc. and plenty of seats, but the actual children's park needs a complete overhaul. Gets very muddy around the play equipment with the slightest bit of rain. I prefer to visit one of the other parks in the area when I have my grandchildren.
Not the best to be honest, the park could do with all new things, ok it needs up dating it looks like sound thing from the 80's they have one modern basket swing but the rest to me looks old altho people likenit there but for me it needs updating
Lovely place for a little picnic when the sun's out and if that's not your thing that's fine too just grab a pint from the nearby pubs :) enjoy
