Located in South Yorkshire, England, Jumbo Jungle is an indoor play center designed for kids aged 0-12 years old. The attraction features a massive play frame with multiple levels, slides, rope bridges, and interactive elements. The facility also includes a dedicated toddler area, arcade games, and a separate zone for laser tag. Additionally, Jumbo Jungle offers a café serving a range of food and drinks, making it an ideal destination for families and birthday parties.
An excellent venue with really easy parking. It was ideal for children of all ages (mine were 18 months, and 3 years) but there was a sufficient range of equipment to challenge all primary aged children. It was all clean and tidy, safety was assured, and because it wasn't busy when we went (Monday in term time) there were no maximum time constraints. There are adequate baby changing facilities, and a good range of basic food and drinks for both adults and children. A definite place to go again. Note: it's not well sign posted, so drive through the gates at the end of the road past the other units and the entrance is at the hidden end of the building.
Lovely place. Bonus was the free meal my daughter got.Took her for a fun day. Play area is fantastic. Staff all seam friendly. Absolutely appalled at the lack of rule enforcement. I seen atleast 7 parents taking photos despite the no camera rule and Absolutely nothing done about it. Ruined my daughters fun as I kept having to pull her out. The age 12 cut off also seamed to be ignored and the front entrance left unmand completely leaves the place open. The security features were a big selling point for me it's a shame
we just been few days ago after looking at the website and its very misleading, we picked the soft play becasue of the big white slide we seen on pics on your website that we couldn't find anywhere. Also the fb add is misleading it says half term special 2 child entry and 2 meal 9.99PS i assumed its for 2 child the 9.99PS it doesn't say anywhere that that price for each children. Thought it was a great deal lol You might wanna look at your website and the wording of your fb post. The burger was very blend and dry, fries were almost burned. No clear signage where to go once in the industrial park. On the plus sign this is the first soft play iv been that the suff regularly check the baby area and tells older kids to leave that impressed me i never seen that in actual practice. I tried to message the softplay on fb but no reply and cant find any email adress anywhere to concact.
The place is absolutely filthy and the amount of kids for 2 members of staff was a safety issue. The guy was charging people all different amounts too. I will never return.
One star is too generous to be honest. If you see this review and are thinking about coming here, DON'T. This place is absolutely gross. Been only a few times, but won't be returning, prices seem to be made up as they go along. First time I came here with my niece and daughter charged PS25! Total rip off. Second time PS6 again with 2 kids, third time tried to charge PS10. Until I handed my free pass. They even charge for 2 month old kids as if they're going to backflip out of their pram and start running around the gaff. Only returned as it was the closest place for my older children to burn energy, but will be going elsewhere. First time we came there was only one member of staff running the place. Who was also coughing all over, and complained to me how unwell she was feeling! She was also making food for people in this state. Second time was okay. Third time was vile, the soft play area stunk of urine and poo. I had to use wipes on it before I let my daughter crawl about. Wipes were black after cleaning it would be lucky if this place gets cleaned once a month. Also SO MANY unwell children running all over, so I wouldn't recommend for this reason also. One disgusting parent on the phone to the doctors following her very clearly unwell son around. No concern or consideration for anyone else's children! Almost all the kids there were full of illness yet staff and parents find it acceptable to allow them in here. And I mean they're seriously red in the face coughing their guts up and crying in distress. I ended up leaving right away after seeing this but my daughter ended up catching the very nasty bug! So did myself and whole family. Hardly no parents watching their kids it seems. They can do what they want to other kids, even seen one kid punching into another little boys face he was crying his eyes out and parents were paying zero attention, even though they were sat right next to the situation. I had to watch my little ones like a hawk in this here due to this. You will always get the nasty kids wherever you go but never seen it as bad as it is in here. Little boy was pushing my daughter around who is a toddler and he was rather old to be doing this to the point I had to pull parents up about it. You shouldn't have to discipline other peoples kids! I go to a lot of play groups and soft plays with my kids and I've never seen anything as bad as it is in here! Also absolutely freezing in here you can see your breath! had to put my daughters coat on her as she was bitter to the touch and shaking. It absolutely stinks too. Food and drink prices are ridiculous. All around bad and I seriously wouldn't recommend this rotten place to anyone. Also just before I left the third time the owner was allowing an UNWELL child who was coughing his guts up and nose running everywhere to help him "clean" tables. It's an absolute joke of a place!! Gate is unsecured leading out to the carpark. One parent I got speaking to said one child ended up getting out at one point, SO MANY dangers in that! Staff are sat chatting away in the back, people waiting at the desk to be seen, couldn't believe my eyes it's a disaster! Needs shut down don't waste your money you might get charged 30 quid for entry you never know with this place
