James and the team go above and beyond for Hunter, who is autistic and has difficulty with open spaces. They always make him feel comfortable and supported. This is truly one of the best places for autistic children in South Wales. I can't thank the staff enough.
Excellent entertainment for the family. We have been here many times now and it's always fun for all, the staff are also very accommodating and lively, if you want an hour or so out of the house to burn some calories and kids energy this is the place. Reasonable prices too for birthdays and the like.
Amazing birthday party for my boy and his friends. James and his team were brilliant and really went the extra mile to make sure all 16 kids were taken care of and looked after. Special thanks to Tulli who booked everyone in and made sure everything went smoothly. Skye for her brilliant service and Morgan for helping us out when we first got there. We visited today for my daughter's 10th birthday and Lilly has been so helpful and made her day extra special by going above and beyond. This is our second visit for a birthday, my son came last year and again it was phenomenal and everyone especially the party team did so much more than was expected to ensure my son had the best birthday. My daughter has said today's been the best birthday ever and that's down to all the staff making her feel special and Lilly has made her day being kind, friendly and helpful. The visits are so amazing that my son has chosen to revisit for both laser tag and the trampoline element next month. I'm sure we'll be frequent visitors throughout the years as there's so much more to do here than anything local to us. Massive thanks again to Lillie and all staff working 26.3.24. See you in April!
Such a great time - family bookings are much cheaper and a win for groups so we are very thankful for this. Very clean, so much to do and we were well and truly exhausted. The staff at jump jam trampoline park were great. From receptionist to the cafe and the ride workers (buckkng bronco and the spinner). Great parking and easy access to find with directions on Google. We will be visiting again even with the 40 minute drive from Swansea. Thanks Jump Jam. The only downfall was the several arcade games out of action. About 9 downstairs and one up that we saw. The other side of this is it made the day cheaper for us parents but we're were gutted how many were out of order.
