Indoor Adventure Play Centre and party venue, with huge play frame, climbing walls, go-karts, toddler zones and more.
The staff was 10 / 10 for engaging with kids. Place clean & nice cafe. They have a new virtual aquarium which is free once entered. My autism daughter loves this! Toilets were clean & no mess on the floor, but I think there is a problem with drainage due to smell of urine.
I think this place is a good place to bring kids for a day out and with your adult ticket, you can take part in certain activities like the wall climbing. I think the tickets could be cheaper. A 2 year old pays PS9 for instance, and older kids pay PS13.50. They have wall climbing, go-karting (albeit very slow and short session). They have slides etc. They have an area for babies and toddlers away from hyperactive older kids. Lol The kids enjoyed themselves thoroughly. They also have a restaurant and drinks and snacks dispensing machine.
This establishment offers an exceptional setting for families with children. The go-kart feature is particularly noteworthy, and the staff consistently demonstrates courtesy and professionalism. The standard duration of a visit is two hours, but for an additional fee of PS2, guests may extend their stay for the entire day. Please ensure that children wear appropriate footwear, such as shoes and socks, as sandals are not permitted. Complimentary climbing shoes are available upon request, subject to availability. A cafe is also available on the premises.
Recently visited with my 3 years old. He loved the place and enjoyed a lot. Luckily it was during the week so was not much busy. The area for toddlers to 4 years is truly amazing with a lot of stuff to get them busy. Family sitting area is really helpful for the parents. Overall the place is a paradise for kids.
This was our second visit to Kidspace. Let's start with the pros first. When we got here, there was already a line, however unlike other venues where this would cause you to likely enter late, they have a good system in place. A member of staff roams through the line with a tablet to check people's bookings and handover the wristbands. Brilliant! Moving on to the facilities. We have been to many soft plays but I think this one probably is the largest and most fun one we have done. It's huge, has many levels, slides and obstacles to go through. They also have a bunch of other activities to choose from such Rock climbing, "go karting" and some cool animation shows. The place is remarkably clean considering the amount of people that go through these doors. The downside really is the crowd there. In my opinion it's way too busy and many kids behave really badly... pushing, kicking each other (including me and my kids), swearing, etc... even my oldest one who's nine was shocked by how rude some of the kids were. From having gone both in the am & pm sessions I believe the morning ones are quieter and would recommend these if you're after a calmer experience.
I will recomend this place for birthday parties .i was little worried how will it go.but i was so happy when i got positive response from my daughters friend and parents.that how much fun they had.
