A historic canal junction where the Stratford-upon-Avon Canal meets the Worcester and Birmingham Canal, featuring a picturesque lock system, charming canal-side walks, and a rich industrial heritage.
A lovely walk from Birmingham to here to see the Junction and renovated Toll House. It looks amazing and great to see the effort that's been put in. The tow path is in great condition but could could do with the greenery being removed and chopped back. There were so many boats out today, really great to see.
One way to King's Norton, the other to Cotteridge: You want the rock or the depraved place?
Lovely walk, just beware of the cyclists!
Quiet and reflective, it will be good to visit again when the toll house restoration project is completed.
