This playground features a range of exciting equipment, including a large climbing frame, rope bridges, and a zip wire. The playground is surrounded by a large open space, perfect for picnics or running around. There's also a separate area for younger children, with a miniature village, playhouses, and a sensory play zone. The playground is fully enclosed, making it a safe and secure environment for kids to play and explore.
Grandchildren had a great time! Lots of play areas, plus large sand pit. Benches galore for picnics etc
Kingston park playground has a lot of kit and is great for kids. With a ship, a climbing frame and various swings it definitely kept my children busy for a good hour or two. Given it also has a lot of football fields around it and a nice little coffee shop/cafe inside the park ot was definitely the tonic for a couple of energetic kids we needed tiring out. Would strongly recommend.
Been there a few times lovely place. Well worth the visit, my children love it, my boy played football one Sunday, unfortunately the lines were hard to see and uneven in places
Great park, close to town centre and the river. Kids can enjoy the climbing area. There's also table tennis tables, gym equipment and a boules area. Well priced coffee shop there also.
Great free leisure facility for multiple activities with pleasant cafeteria attached. The cafe is possibly under new ownership with variable opening hours. Some beautiful rare trees.
Lovely big area to play and have picnics. The park is great and even though it was busy there was always lots to do. Only downside is toilets. As its a park you would expect one to be nearby especially as children seem to need to toilet frequently. Sadly this isn't the case with nearest toilets being a fair walk for a little one when desperately needing it . Overall good fun but plan toilet breaks.
