Plenty of free parking and big enough for a really nice walk if you walk around the periphery. History ancient and newer buildings and areas of interest, with plenty of trails to walk. It's free to come here and get peaceful in the right areas. A bit of Roman history is also interesting.
Visited the Kinneil Estate for a large car show, which was a brilliant day, good weather, and fun for everyone who attended. Many nice luxury cars, well worth it and a very good day out filled with car enthusiast
First time to the Bo'ness Car Show. It was great. The house and estate is a great venue for the event.
Full time admirer , 1st user- big areas, beautiful buildings, busy( traffic can be a bit congested) well worth a day out( kids/ pets/ walk/ photography)
This place has it all. Huge spaces for dogs. Outdoor Bike trails for all abilities. Paths for walkers. Pond and loch side water with tons of birds. Forest. Historic aspects to admire on the estate. Public Bathrooms at the museum. Wonderful historical information. Car park. Definitely great place for a picnic in the summer or a wee walk. Forest walk is phenomenal. Loops all around and you can do smaller trails. Car park to the top of the forest small but enough spaces.
The Bo'ness car show was held at the estate. It was my first time to experience this. It was a beautiful sunny day and the show itself was well worth the trip. It was brilliantly organised, it had bike shows, 100s of cars lined up, activities games for kids, clean toilets, ice cream, food and coffee vendors and the entry fee was not that high, PS15 adults and PS10 children above 12 years. My son was in fast car heaven. I'm not a cat fanatic but I still enjoyed my time there.
