Overall with the upgrade and regular cleaning would be a great place to take children
I don't understand why the bad reviews! We've been coming here practically every week for around the last 8 months and not had one bad experience. My 5 yr old daughter and her friends love it! The staff are all lovely, very friendly and approachable, the food never takes that long and comes out piping hot. It's clean and tidy as are the toilets. We've also been to a couple of parties here and they've been great from start to finish without any complaints! I know things can't be perfect all of the time but it doesn't deserve the one star ratings based off a one time visit but that's just my opinion. Would definitely highly recommended!

Great for the kids, just let them go wild. Loads for them to do. There's a softplay for the little ones to play in. Climbing wall, football, basketball area, bowling lanes for the older kids. And a giant astra slide. There's a Krazy Kafe with snacks, drinks and a range of hot and cold meals. The kids have 2 hours to play. Just pay at the entrance, no need to book unless it's for a kids party.
Disgusting customer service! Online and Instagram says closes at 6. Went today and got told it's closed and they closed at 4.30. If you're going to close early surely you'd let customers know? Very rude staff at the counter. A huge shame to the company. Awful.
