Really lovely location, beautiful gardens and great building. The space inside has both a bar and a cafe, alongside serving food and snacks. Great coffee, and great hosts. They also do a music night on a thursday, which we're excited to attend.
Absolute gem! Just spent a lovely evening in a beautiful place. Good food, good company, arrived alone but felt instantly comfortable whilst waiting for my friend. Will definitely visit again and be happy to recommend..
An absolute gem, full of character and charm. A simply beautiful place to relax and admire. Music, food, drink with a friendly and welcoming environment. Love this place, it really is a gem.
Me and my wife went with my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter for brunch. The setting is very nice but the service was nonexistent. We ordered coffee and tea but was told we had to wait for 20 minutes before we could order food because they had other orders. We waited 15 mins then asked were our drinks were. We were told they hadn't been done and we would need to wait another 5 min. They eventually arrived 25 minutes after we ordered them. We then went to order food and was told to come back in 10 minutes. We gave the chap another 15 minutes (40mins after we first asked) and he then told us we couldn't order because he was too busy. There was a family that arrived as it opened. They ordered food, waited 2 1/2 hrs to be told it hadn't been started so they left shaking their heads in disbelief.
Awful service, we got there for 9:30am and ordered breakfast, we waited for 2 1/2 hours and were told they hadn't even started cooking it. Other tables around us had been told the kitchen was too busy to serve food and to come back later.
