Great soft play. Discovered it as a place to run some energy off my little ones half way into a long car journey on the A303. Honestly a great break for them and I had a relaxing break as well as I didn't have to stress about them running off anywhere. Will definitely be returning when I have to repeat the same journey. Only point to improve on really is just the speed at which food is served. Not massively busy but still waited about 45 mins for a portion of chips. Nice and hot and freshly cooked so not a big deal. Thanks for a fun couple of hours.
Always driven past, thought we would give it a try. Lovely environment and setting, clean and good customer service. Only criticism I have would be to maybe introduce a numbering system with food, as we ended up waiting an hour for food as another table was given our food, and the member of staff couldn't remember what was first. Not an issue but might make it a bit easier! Anyway, defiantly will be back, as my child really enjoyed his time here.
Absolutely beyond grateful for the Larkhill space station and team for making my son's birthday unforgettable and amazing experience for us and our guests. first massive thanks to the staff who were so super friendly, smiling and greeting us and the guests and ensuring that we had everything we need. They were approachable with any questions - really amazing customer service! The place is beautiful, spotless and clean and lots of toys and activities. Would recommend to hire out the entire venue which we did as it added to the atmosphere. Also recommend hiring the sensory room- wow effect without doubt! This room is magical - our guests were surprised and mesmerised by the extra room hidden in another area of the space. The food was beautifully arranged; lots of variety for the kids and staff came over to ensure we had everything we need. The mascot was the highlight! The team even invited kids to dance with the mascot and take pictures. There was enough time again for some more play. Overall a really great venue (and the price is great for what you get!) for a kids party - hiring the entire venue give you a tailored experience and just so much room and for the kids to play with friends Thank you!

Oli was very welcoming and had great customer service, staff were polite and friendly whilst serving and cleaning to a high standard inbetween. Nice to see employees actually enjoying there jobs.
Our daughter loved it here, there was some work happening in the toddler section, so she was a little unsure on what to play with hut none the less fun was had and snacks too thank you for the Dr pepper & syrup suggestion... it was good...
