Large park with a range of walking and dog paths, a river and kids' play area, plus a small cafe.
We went for the Fun Fair, was meant to open at 12 but around 12:40 we left as it was far too hot to wait around whilst they sorted their stuff out. Whilst waiting we went for a walk, I wouldn't recommend it. The field was quite nice to relax on till the kids on motorbikes shown up that is. Go Moss bank or moses gate, much nicer
Good park however needs updating. A few nice walks however there was a burnt car in the middle of a trail - this was disappointing!
A great open space to walk and play. The long flat path tarmac paths are great for little ones learning to cycle and there is plenty of wide open grass for basically anything else you could want to do. Had to knock a star off because unfortunately the park is used by idiots on dirtbikes etc who have no regard for anyone so just be careful.
Such a huge natural park. Really enjoyed the almost untouched looking nature. Have had a good time listening to the chirping birds, the wind amongst the trees and the wildly running river. So peaceful. Recommended to calm your mind and having relax.
Just took the dog so she could have a good run around with her ball. Only problem they have no toilet facilities.
Great place for walks, dog walks, and places for children to play. They have their own running track, a fitness centre, and an all-weather football pitches.
