Honestly one of the most beautiful runs i've done in my life, from forest to field to rushing river to estuarine waterfront and views of town. Paths are wide and not (too) muddy. Wish this were my daily run!
Amazingly beautiful grounds, I did the parkrun here, by far and away the most scenic 5k I've ever done! I've never run a parkrun and taken photos before either. I'd love to see how the Stornoway festival in May is done here, maybe I'll be back in May for it?!
Stunning! We walked our dogs here and were glad we found it as it's honestly beautiful! So many route you can take too
Stunning, rich and varied woodland. An extensive range of paths tracks for foot and bike. Also gardens, castle, cafe, museum and golf - lots to do and explore!
Some really interesting plants, currently undergoing a restoration project. Its is mostly a woodland garden with a few areas of formality.
A great place for everyone. Easy for any ability. Lots to take in and enjoy. There's even a wishing tree!
