We were just about to leave and bingo two golden eagles flying above! Magic!
Stunning and so peaceful. Would love to wake up to this every day.
Not far from main road, plenty of space to park, good information inside the hut.
Great views, but didn't see very much.
A reasonably good view of the loch and a very well fitted out hide. We had lunch there with a bunch of kids and it affords a great escape from the weather while watching for wildlife. Unfortunately, we saw no otters but we did sea eagles. There is a circular walk that takes you around the loch though the woods and back via Loch Frisa but be warned - it's along way and there are no short cuts.
Lovely large hide with good views of the loch
Wheelchair-accessible car park
Wheelchair-accessible entrance
Good for kids
