Logie Steading is a select shopping village and visitor centre which lies at the heart of Logie Estate. Logie Steading is home to a collection of individual and artisan businesses, an acclaimed cafe and Logie House Gardens. The ideal place to explore the River Findhorn walks. A great day out with something for everyone. ....... All the independent businesses at Logie Steading are currently open, but opening times may vary. Please check our website opening hours before travelling if you're coming to see a specific business. Thank you.
Again a wonderful visit. Very nice is that you will find some nice wood from the saw mill which is close. Bought a wonderful piece there. The Cafe is great. Good food. What is really a shame, is that the well sorted WHISKY SHOP does NOT EXIST ANYMORE!!! Therefore I will only give 4 stars.
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Do not miss the riverwalk. Start on the green route and keep going upstream to Randolphs Leap, it is amazing. Great cafe, gardens. Very friendly.
Heard a lot of good things about here, but never been out until now. A collection of 'artisan' shopping (book shop, art gallery, country/ladies/gents wear, gifts/crafts), farm shop/garden centre, River Findhorn interpretation centre, and a tea room. Some easy walks through the woods by the river (including Randall's Leap).
We went and looked round the garden which was beautiful then looked round the shops and had coffee and an excellent cheese scone. Definitely will visit again.
Best Steading visited, has lovely cafe with great coffee, soup & cakes. Good bookshop, laid out like a library. Has a Heritage centre & an Art shop. Well worth a visit.
Plenty of parking for free, along with a cafe, toilets, and a small park. There are 3 walks you can go on that are well signposted. **edit** The Logie House Gardens are also available for a small charge of PS4, and children are free. Highly Recommend a visit, the area is beautiful!
