A tranquil oasis in the heart of Longstock, this beautiful water garden features a stunning collection of water lilies, including rare and exotic species. The gardens are set amidst a serene backdrop of mature trees, with meandering paths and walkways that invite exploration. Visitors can wander across the picturesque bridges, taking in the vibrant colours and delicate beauty of the water lilies, or simply sit and relax amidst the soothing sounds of nature.
Beautiful tranquil gardens. Very well maintained and well worth a visit at any time of year. This is not a huge area so dosent take long to go round but plenty of seating to sit and enjoy the lovely views. Will definitely be making return visits and have already recommended it to family and friends.
Tranquil hidden gem. Allow about 2 hours for a thorough explore. Beautifully planted. Loads of fish from smallfry to a large pike. Bird life, bees making the most of all the flowers! Toilets on site. Tea rooms at the garden centre a few minutes down the road. Free parking at both.
Nice garden. Needed some weeding, looked very scruffy in places. And the PS10 entry was a bit much for what it was. PS7to8 seems a better price.
Beautiful gardens owned by the John Lewis Partnership down near Leckford. The gardens are opened to the public once a month I think maybe on a Sunday, as a Partner we are allowed to visit. They are very close to the Leckford farm shop also owned by Waitrose.
A stunning place in all seasons. We loved walking around finding all the different plants and flowers. The kids loved all the bridges and exploring. Highly recommended for all age groups.
Beautiful flowers but unless you are a avid flower fan I felt it was expensive. We wandered slowly round everywhere and admired the beautiful plant. PS10 each when we were only there for about an hour and a half. We would have stayed longer if we could have had picnic there which would have seemed more reasonable cost. Plenty of seats to sit and admire the garden plants.
