Located in the centre of Promenade Park in Maldon, the Splash Park features a great selection of interactive and accessible play equipment to enjoy. This is the perfect summer destination for a family day out and is very popular throughout the summer season. Please be aware that opening times are weather dependent so please check before visiting.

Didn't go in. Too old . Packed, but still plenty of room. If noise of laughter was anything to go by, loads of fun had by all. I heard, but didn't confirm that you have to book online first! Would suggest confirming with them.
What a lovely day we had with our family! We booked two 25 min sessions online as we knew that only one wouldn't be enough. There was no wait for the entrance. The splash park is very nice and clean. There are many different sprinklers to play and to have heaps of fun with. Once our session ended we moved on to have icecream and children played on two different playgrounds. One is smaller with sand surrounding it, great for different digging games and the other one is a really big and ship shaped! There are also toilets, mini golf, a mini zoo and lovely fish and chip place that offers yummy chips and one of the best chicken nuggets We might be thinking about moving to Maldon as its lovely for families!!!
Ideal for children 4+ as some of the water fountains are a bit 'scary' for younger children. 30-60 minutes (2 sessions) are enough. Hire one of the 8 'beach' huts in advance if possible...they looked fun, but can't be rented on the day for some reason
Great place to go with the children. Had a great day and the splash park was excellent. We could do with more of these around Essex.
Great place for a day trip. Lots to do and once ya have a base the kids love it.
