This 144-hectare open space in Ruislip, Hillingdon, features a working farm, woodland, and grasslands, offering walking trails, picnic areas, and opportunities to spot local wildlife such as deer, birds, and butterflies.
Lovely space to walk, play or relax by the side of the river Erewash. Visit today for the annual duck race, we'll attended and lovely weather
Visited the farm today with our 3yr old granddaughter and had a very enjoyable day. The lady on entry was really friendly and gave us the information we needed to make the most of our visit. There were plenty animals to see and zones to explore. The play barn was outstanding, so big that we didn't cover all of it, even though we were there for an hour. All areas were clean and the animals appeared to be well looked after. Plenty places to eat your picnic inside and out. Restaurants both served a variety of reasonably priced food that was fresh and tasty. Toilets were clean and in several areas around the site. We enjoyed getting close viewing of the owls. Only disappointing part was the large outdoor play area, that looked amazing, but was closed due to the area being water logged. Hopefully next time we visit it will be open. Definitely would recommend.
Really enjoy walking around here. You can also continue on following the River Erewash for a longer walk. Lots of people walk their dogs here and I have noticed many squirrels and birds. Very peaceful. There is also open space for football, tennis courts, basketball court and a playground for kids.
Love walking the dog here. Only 5 minutes from home. Nice and peaceful.
Lovely open space with playground, swings and all that things, small channel close by, lots of footpaths to follow all arround chilwell long Eaton and TOTON.
It's a field, with a cricket pitch. Children's play area is good. There are couple of tennis courts, in a state of disrepair. If these were improved then easy 4stars.
