Love animals? Forget about bars and cages! Come meet the animal residents at Manor Wildlife Park face to face. It's all about getting as close to nature as possible. You'll see plenty of furry creatures - from critically endangered Sumatran tigers to giant fluffy rabbits. Enjoy your very own mini safari-style experience at the Lemur and Wallaby walk-through areas. Meet the lovely gibbon family at the Valley of the Apes and see the newest arrivals - the red panda sisters, Betty and Cherry. Oh, and don't miss out on the exotic domestics at the walk-through African Village! There you'll get to say "Hi" to friendly pygmy goats, tortoises and more.
If you want a good family day out then I highly recommend. This was our 1st time here and we all absolutely loved it! We was lucky to see the new tiger cub who was only a few week old, we had to wait until about 5.15pm for mother and cub to come out but it was worth it to see them! They have a indoor barn with hay bails the kids had fun running over and a massive climbing frame. We will be back 10/10
A great day out but did prove expensive. It was great seeing wild animals and being so close up to them made it more impressive. There's even something for the little ones to stroke like giant rabbits and pigmy goats. They do cater for all weather with play areas, soft play and outside climbing frames. I can highly recommend this for a great day out
Manor Park is a beautiful and fun day out, not just for kids but for anyone who loves wildlife. A friend and I visited in July and arrived soon after it opened for the day to ensure we would have a quiet start to the day. We expected it to be busy and noisy with the kids off for the summer so getting there early meant we were able to walk and feed the wallabies almost entirely on our own which was amazing. As the day went on, the park became busier and boy was it hot so be sure to pack suncream if visiting in the summer as the gift shop doesn't sell any. The park was very clean and tidy and the staff were engaging and friendly. The only con I suppose was the food, they have a very limited and expensive menu. We each ordered a pizza and a drink and it cost nearly PS20 each so next time I'll probably bring my own packed lunch. The pizza was delicious but quite small and of course expensive. But overall the park is a great place to visit, lots of animals to see and being able to feed the wallabies is so amazing.
Wonderful open wildlife park. Walk around with some of the animals, in separate enclosure, EG. Wallabies and Lemurs. Walkways bring you closer to the Red Pandas and Tigers. Lovely cafe and the play domes soft play area, we're a big hit on a wet day. As was the Hay Barn! Clean toilets, accessible, good parking in adjacent field, with disabled parking. Brilliant day out, definitely recommend.
Really lovely place. Despite the driving rain (in August) we managed a good day. Big indoor soft play and hay barn with climbing wall. Recommend bringing a picnic.
Great walking safari! Feeding the wallabies was a lovely highlight of the visit. There was plenty to see and do, from walking with lemurs to spotting monkeys on the monkey islands. The park offers many play areas for younger children, a store for safari-themed gifts and toys. The layout works well, but be warned: there is one steep hill that may be difficult for those with walking difficulties, pushing prams, or using wheelchairs. It's best to use the alternative route. I wouldn't recommend the hotdogs from the snack hut; they aren't great. Overall, we had a lovely visit, although it was slightly pricey for a family. We created some excellent memories together.
