Amazing place. Huge inside with fantastic rock formations! Our guide Ella was brilliant and while it might seem daunting or requiring fitness this was very manageable. Walkways everywhere and minimal ducking required. Very worth the trip
Really neat. We did get a partial refund as our tour was cut short due to flooding and high water throughout the majority of the cave system. Really neat for the parts we did get to experience. Expect it to be colder down there and really loud. Staff informative when you could hear them. They did walk about and speak again individually to us after doing group speeches about the cave features we could access.
Had a wonderful, informative tour with the brilliant Majella. Unfortunately, our tour had to be shortened as there had been heavy rain the previous night & certain parts of the caves were off limits, this is to be expected as their tours are weather dependent.
Jordan was awesome with his patience and knowledge. He is an easygoing person who understands everyone no matter how hard they are. We enjoy a nice walk with him and his tons of sense of humor. Definitely I got his name Jordan and not Jeremy . It was a shame that they blocked the trail which leads to the beautiful cascade waterfall.. . The staffs are just wow. Thank you for that experience
Absolutely amazing, great staff, everybody was nice and helpful, our tour guide, Jordan was unreal, knew how to crack a joke to make everyone comfortable as well as very knowledgeable of the history, geology and local fauna. Also gave us directions to other local attractions and helped us organise the rest of our day!

We enjoy a nice walk with her thru caves, we never saw the inside of a cave before and this was a very nice and interesting experience. Boat ride inside cave is amazing, I love it. Special thanks to our guide Meave to make this experience amazing and taking us thru caves.
