This 4.75-acre green space established in 1903 features paved paths, flowering trees & a calm feel.
Amazing place to relax or have a stroll with family or on you own. Very peaceful place especially when its quite. ( No Ball games Allowed)
My sisters and I have spent the last 24 years going to these gardens every June for the anniversary of our mother's passing, as this is where she used to take us for lunch or just sit and watch yhe squirrels. We sit in the gardens and have a picnic
Lovely, quiet, little park. Bring some nuts for the squirrels ;)
Lovely little park that is full of trees and shrubs. A short walk around shady paths this is a perfect place for a moment of relaxation. It great to see how the local community clearly loves and supports this place with practical gardening activities. Turn up in the spring and there is a riot of flowers. Street parking, although it can be a little busy. One of the entrances is wheelchair accessible. If you found my review helpful a thumbs up would be lovely
Took granddaughter to feed squirrels. A really beautiful place well looked after. Gardens are stunning. Lots of friendly squirrels.
Lovely hidden busy gem. A lovely old chap playing the organ for added serenity Great for photo snaps
Wheelchair-accessible entrance
Good for kids
