A picturesque seaside resort on the Wirral Peninsula, Meols Beach boasts a long stretch of sandy shoreline, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports. The beach is lined with a promenade, offering stunning views of the Irish Sea and the Welsh hills. Visitors can enjoy a leisurely walk, go cycling, or take a donkey ride along the beach. The area is also dotted with cafes, restaurants, and shops, providing a range of amenities for a fun-filled day out.
Meoles Beach is a great place to view the sunset. Adjacent to the beach, there is a lovely park with a children's play area and restrooms. Meols Parade and the beach walk offer amazing spots to spend a few hours with family and friends.
Sunny, 22degc weather, 2pm, and there's mist. Never seen weather like it. Morning fog makes sense when it's colder, but the sun was directly shining through in rays that this camera doesn't pick up. Absolute Silent Hill horror vibes out here, still wind, with the occasional clang of the beached boat bells and chains.
Such a lovely expanse of space and light. Clean walk ways. Plenty of bins. Didnt go down to the water but children enjoying it. Lovely views over to the estuary
Meals beach is a great location, lovely views and a lot easier to park than west kirby, lots of on street parking, great for walks and cycling along the promenade, great sunsets, one of my favourite places in the wirral, so relaxing
Lovely and peaceful, not over crowded. Lovely place to walk my dogs
we went for a bike ride to here from New Brighton didn't go on the beach but we did a bit of bird watching. Nice and flat promenade. but no toilets open. free parking
