This historic lido, built in 1935, features a large outdoor swimming pool surrounded by grassy areas and sun terraces, offering a tranquil atmosphere for bathers. The pool's art deco design and original features, such as the fountain and changing rooms, have been preserved, maintaining its nostalgic charm.
It's a lovely place to visit on a Sunday, We have been going there for 30 years or more. Please don't feed the birds bread, its not good for then
Love to take my grandson here to feed the ducks it's so lovely in the sun
Love the peacefulness of this place. The ducks and geese are the cutest and I've spent countless visits here to feed them and enjoy their gorgeous pond while sitting on one of the many benches found around the edge. Roadside parking only and can be hard to find a space but love this place !
Beautiful, wheelchair-friendly. Lovely for a small picnic or to feed the ducks. Not very big but doesn't need to be!
Daughter loved the ducks and the big goose.
I think you can walk round a quarter of it, I think its for people fishing. Worth a look but don't expect a walk round it..
Good for kids
