Well constructed skatepark (metal ramp reservoir & open-ended bowl) with a good variety of lines. The most friendly locals anywhere. I had a good time here on my short visit passing by. Only thing that stopped me giving it Five stars is the holes appearing in the ramps. Merthyr council; if you can allocate the funds to keep the park usable and safe it's very well invested funding as there were tons of people using the place when I was there. Great place for kids 'of all ages'
I went here when it was wet and it was amazing as the ground surface was very smooth. It is great for a range of abilities and is quite big. I'm here on holiday so I'll definitely be back this week, but it sadly can't be a regular trip for me.
I enjoyed it but my skills don't allow me to use everything yet.
I'm a skater but there are a lot of scooters and little kids that run in front of you but it's nice and the other skaters are nice and helpful when you want to do a trick
